A cracked bracket is a safety matter, not a cosmetic one.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 23001-01

Original Öhlins service part

Where It Sits

This position is identified by its number rather than by a dimension. Öhlins machines its housings from solid rather than casting them, which keeps the bores true. Adaptor pieces let one damper body serve several mounting geometries. Reservoir housings hold the gas charge and are pressure-rated accordingly.

Original Öhlins Part

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation.

How to Be Sure It Fits

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 23001-01 in this case. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. A housing carries adjusters and their seals, so its bores matter as much as its outside. Öhlins anodises housings for corrosion resistance rather than for looks.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 23001-01

Category: Housings

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/23001-01_d60881ce-2dc9-4008-82fe-ad902ca0abed.png?v=1788880653
