The JP ESR 011 is fitted to the Panigale V4 S when a rider wants one known damping setting at the rear rather than a controller adjusting it many times a second.

Öhlins Steering Damper
Electronically managed and varying with speed, fitted as standard. On a bike with this much power and a light front end it is doing genuine work.
What the Eliminator Presents
A resistance and, where the model needs it, a signal path that answers the controller's health check with values consistent with a working unit. Nothing is intercepted and nothing is generated.
The Original Legs Refit
Everything goes back on its own hardware. The conversion is reversible in the sense that matters, which is that no part of the motorcycle was modified to achieve it.
On the Front
The circuit sits behind the fairing or under the top yoke, depending on the model, which usually means removing one panel rather than the whole front end.
The Health Check
The controller measures the winding it expects to find and compares the result against a stored window. The eliminator sits inside that window and nothing further is asked.
The Stepper Motor
It sits on top of the cartridge and turns a needle against a seat, changing the damping orifice. Remove it and the controller loses the only thing it was actually managing.
Keep the Originals
A complete set of standard legs is worth considerably more assembled than in pieces, and it is the first thing a careful buyer will ask about.
Water and Salt at the Connector
Suspension connectors sit low and forward, in the worst part of the motorcycle for spray. Everything electrical inside the eliminator is potted for that reason, because the alternative is a joint that reads correctly in June and intermittently in February.
