Substituting a spacer changes the internal geometry, not just the fit. Shoulder screws set a clearance as well as clamping, which is why the length is exact. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need.

Original Öhlins Part

Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 15008-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Check dimension a 6 mm, dimension b 12 mm, dimension c 20 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 15008-01

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 6 mm

Dimension B: 12 mm

Dimension C: 20 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/15008-01_686ad6cc-ff6e-428e-afc6-72d5f5675e9c.png?v=1788878407
