DescriptionThe whole story

The Trident 660 is a naked roadster sold on the strength of its triple, and the exhaust is the first thing many owners change.

Key Features

  • For the Triumph Trident 660, 2021–2025
  • Electronic bypass of the PAIR solenoid circuit
  • The whole assembly can leave the bike
  • Plug-and-play on the factory connector
  • Shared with Tiger Sport 660 and Daytona 660
  • Fully reversible

Bought for the Engine

The Trident sells on how the triple sounds and pulls rather than on specification. Triumph muffles it heavily to meet noise limits, and the first modification most owners make is a slip-on — at which point the overrun crackle becomes obvious.

A First Big Bike

A2-restrictable and priced accordingly, which means many owners are new to maintenance. This is a job that suits that: it plugs in, needs no setup and comes out again if the bike goes back to standard.

Seal the Port Too

This eliminator answers the ECU. The reed valve housings on the head come off separately and leave an opening that must be closed — the plate, or the kit containing both.

Fitment

  • Triumph Trident 660 (2021–2025)

Road Approval

None. The secondary air system is emissions equipment covered by the motorcycle's type approval. Closed-circuit and race use only.
