DescriptionThe whole story▼

Long-distance adventure touring is what many owners of the Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY have in mind: big trips with aluminium cases, sometimes with a passenger, across countries and climates. For the RALLY built from 2020 to 2025, Accossato lists the AGPP91 rear pad in the Sintered (ST) compound. It is designed for riders who travel mostly on paved roads, in all weathers, and who need a rear brake that grips consistently whether the disc is cold, hot or soaked.

Key Features

  • Sintered (ST) rear pad AGPP91
  • For the Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY, 2020-2025
  • Accossato: high grip that holds steady across temperatures, with good wet performance
  • For long adventure tours on paved roads
  • Consistent pedal with heavy luggage
  • Two pads for the rear caliper
  • Also made as OR and STMX

Construction and Material Quality

The Sintered mix, according to Accossato, holds a high and steady level of grip at both low and high temperatures and performs well on a wet disc. On a RALLY loaded for a long journey, that predictability is what you want from the rear brake. Accossato's general claims for its pads, slow wear, resistance to fade through limited heat and a strong stop, apply here too.

Crossing Continents on Tarmac

A RALLY heading to the North Cape, the Balkans or Morocco will cover most of its distance on paved roads, often in weather that changes by the hour. Loaded with cases and camping gear, the bike puts real weight over the rear wheel, and the rear brake takes a meaningful share of every stop. On long descents it helps keep the heavy bike level, and in rain it has to keep working with water on the disc. The ST compound is designed for exactly this mixture of load, heat and wet. For long unpaved stretches, the STMX version is more suitable; for light commuting, OR.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPP91 for the rear of the Tiger 900 RALLY from 2020 to 2025. No Accossato front pad or disc for the RALLY is listed in our data. Before a long trip, fit fresh pads well in advance so they can bed in, check the disc and fluid, and pack the tools needed to change pads on the road.

Road Approval

Our records show no German ABE or test mark for AGPP91ST. It is offered for competition use.

Scope of Delivery
