DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Yamaha XSR900 GP, sold from 2024 to 2026, wraps the three-cylinder XSR platform in a retro half fairing with a sportier riding position. Even so, many examples spend most of their time on ordinary roads, ridden to work or for a relaxed evening loop. For those owners Accossato lists the front pad AGPA97 in the Organic compound, SKU AGPA97OR. It is a quiet, forgiving option for riders who brake smoothly and value long disc life over the last bit of bite.
Key Features
- Organic (OR) front pad, SKU AGPA97OR
- Yamaha XSR900 GP, 2024 to 2026
- Accossato: long-lasting performance, limited disc wear
- Soft initial response for relaxed riding
- Low noise at walking pace
- Two pads per box for one caliper
- Rear pad AGPP88 and discs DK077, DKS073 listed
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato states that the Organic compound keeps its performance for a long time and limits disc wear. For an XSR900 GP used on everyday roads, where stops are frequent but rarely violent, those two qualities keep the front brake in good shape with little fuss. We describe the compound in Accossato's words and do not speculate about its ingredients.
A Sporty Look, a Relaxed Routine
Owning a bike with a racy fairing does not mean every ride is fast. An evening run to the lake, a trip to the office on a dry morning, a weekend spin with friends at a moderate pace: that is how many XSR900 GP riders use their bikes. An Organic front pad matches that rhythm with a soft, predictable lever and a quiet brake. It also suits riders who are coming from a smaller bike and want a front end that feels approachable. Riders chasing more bite in the wet or on circuits can choose ST, EV1, EV2 or ZXC.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato catalogues AGPA97 for the front of the Yamaha XSR900 GP, model years 2024 to 2026. The XSR900 GP uses twin front discs, one caliper on each, so two boxes cover the full front brake. For the rear of the XSR900 GP, Accossato lists AGPP88 for the same years, together with the discs DK077 and DKS073. When fitting, check pad thickness and disc condition, keep cleaner and grease away from the friction surfaces, and replace both front sets at the same time.
Road Approval
No ABE, test mark or other approval document is on file with us for these pads. They are sold for racing and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
Two Organic pads in one box for a single front caliper.
