Where all three hold, this is the right medium. A filter sitting in an unmodified airbox does not make a standard Panigale V2 noticeably stronger, and anybody quoting gains from an element swap is describing something other than an air filter: intake tract, throttle bodies, injection and exhaust were homologated as one piece of work with a filter already in the path. What changes is the behaviour of that single component over time.
