DescriptionThe whole story▼
Developed from the ground up for the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SC82 in its 2024–2026 form, the Spark Force Evo Titanium full system exhaust is the result of serious engineering work — not a shelf adaptation. Every component, from the optimised titanium headers to the 450 mm Force Evo silencer with its carbon end cap, is purpose-built for riders who want genuine track performance without compromise on craftsmanship.
Key Features
- Full titanium construction throughout — headers, silencer body and integrated titanium exhaust valve — saving a significant 1.9 kg over the OEM system (5.9 kg vs 7.8 kg)
- Integrated titanium exhaust valve delivers precise sound and back-pressure control, meeting the noise limits of European race circuits
- Force Evo 450 mm titanium silencer with ribbed design and carbon end cap for a race-bred aesthetic that earns its looks
- Optimised header geometry engineered for improved throttle response and smooth, linear power delivery across the rev range
- CNC-machined collars, visible TIG welds and hand-finished details reflect 100% Italian manufacturing quality
- Developed and tested in the FIM Endurance World Championship — proven under sustained race-pace stress
Engineering Detail
The Force Evo system is not a cosmetic upgrade. Spark's engineers reworked the header geometry specifically for the SC82 platform, targeting measurable gains in exhaust scavenging efficiency. The result is crisper throttle pick-up at corner exit and a more progressive power curve that rewards precise riding inputs rather than punishing them. The titanium exhaust valve — integrated directly into the collector — allows the system to modulate exhaust noise and back-pressure without the weight penalty of conventional valve mechanisms.
Visible TIG welds are a deliberate hallmark of Spark's Italian workshop, each one hand-finished and structurally inspected. CNC-machined titanium collars ensure a precise, rattle-free fit at every joint. The included carbon heat shield protects surrounding bodywork and contributes to the system's overall thermal management.
Track Use and Sound Character
The GHO8850T carries a racing classification — it is not road-legal and is intended exclusively for closed-circuit use. The titanium exhaust valve is specifically engineered to keep sound output within the stricter noise limits common at European circuits, giving riders the freedom to focus on lap times rather than scrutineering pass-or-fail anxiety. The Spark sound signature — full, crisp and unmistakably purposeful — rewards the system's engineering on every out-lap.
Fitment and Compatibility
This full system exhaust is designed as a direct-fit replacement for the following motorcycle:
- Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SC82 — model years 2024, 2025 and 2026
Installation uses the standard OEM mounting points. The carbon heat shield is included in the scope of delivery. As with all full system exhausts, an ECU remap or power commander is strongly recommended to realise the full performance benefit.
