Fitment
This set is entered against the OXO in the helmet column of Shark's price list, which is the basis for the fit shown here. Because the mechanism is responsible for holding the chin bar shut, fit it only to the helmet it is listed for.
Before you order
Check the number on the old mechanism or its original bag: it should read FX8722P. If only one side is damaged, the set still comes as Shark lists it, complete. Anything that has cracked through a crash is a reason to have the whole helmet looked at, not only the mechanism.
