DescriptionThe whole story▼
Born on the Superbike grid and refined in OZ's SBK Racing division, the Cattiva is the lightest wheel OZ produces — forged from high-strength magnesium and engineered exclusively for track use. Fitted to the Aprilia RSV4, RR or 1100 Factory, this wheel set delivers a dramatic reduction in rotating mass that sharpens turn-in, improves mid-corner agility and reduces the gyroscopic load your suspension has to manage at every apex.
Key Features
- Forged from high-strength magnesium — the lightest wheel in the entire OZ range, designed from the outset for Superbike racing demands.
- Drastically reduced rotating mass improves steering response, acceleration out of corners and overall chassis agility on circuit.
- Complete front and rear wheel set supplied with premium bearings, aluminium angle valves and spacers (fitted as required).
- Sprocket carrier included — note that the original Aprilia sprocket carrier is not compatible and must be replaced with the supplied unit.
- Direct, bolt-on replacement for the factory wheels on Aprilia RSV4, RR and 1100 Factory models from 2021 to 2026.
- Made in Italy by OZ's SBK Racing department — the same manufacturer supplying wheels to factory World Superbike teams.
Track-Focused Engineering
The Cattiva design was not adapted from a road wheel — it was conceived by OZ's SBK Racing department with a single priority: maximum performance on circuit. Forged magnesium offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio that cast or forged aluminium cannot match at equivalent rim dimensions. The result is a wheel that responds to throttle and braking inputs with greater immediacy, letting the Aprilia RSV4's chassis work as its engineers intended when lap times matter most.
Because rotating unsprung mass affects every dynamic the rider feels — from initial turn-in to mid-corner balance to drive off the exit — the weight reduction delivered by the Cattiva translates directly into measurable improvements in handling feel and rider confidence at the limit.
What Is Included
Each set comprises a matched front and rear Cattiva magnesium wheel, a sprocket carrier, premium wheel bearings, aluminium angle valves and any spacers required for fitment. The original Aprilia rear sprocket carrier must be replaced with the included unit; the standard sprocket itself is not compatible.
