Shoulder screws set a clearance as well as clamping, which is why the length is exact.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 15629-04

Dimension A 61 mm

Dimension C 7 mm

Dimension B 56 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Where It Sits

Öhlins gives it as 61 mm, 56 mm, 7 mm; nothing about that is approximate. Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position. A circlip holds axial position under load; if it springs, the assembly walks. Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry.

Why the Original

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise.

Getting the Number Right

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 15629-04. dimension a 61 mm, dimension b 56 mm, dimension c 7 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters. A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 15629-04

Category: Circlips

Dimension A: 61 mm

Dimension B: 56 mm

Dimension C: 7 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/15629-04_db677d8f-34c4-41d0-b0d8-e13923ada111.png?v=1788879092
