Key Features

- Original Öhlins service part
- Outer Diameter 97 mm
- Inner Diameter 43 mm
Where It Sits
This one measures 43 mm, 97 mm, and those figures are what separate it from the neighbouring numbers. Öhlins uses low-friction coated bushings so the unit breaks away smoothly rather than sticking. Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal.
Genuine Service Part
An original part keeps the unit within its published specification; a near-equivalent quietly moves it. Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you. For a full rebuild, the seal kit plus the wear parts is usually the sensible order.
Getting the Number Right
02467-01 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. The published dimensions are inner diameter 43 mm, outer diameter 97 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Play at a bushing lets the shaft run off centre and the seal wears unevenly. Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all.
Fitting and Setup Service
We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.
