Axle clamps are machined so the axle clamps without pinching the fork out of alignment. Fork tubes are the structural part of the front end and carry the braking load into the yokes. The outer tube holds the bushings and the seal head, so its bore finish matters as much as the inner tube's outside.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Order under 04760-33. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. The published dimensions are dimension a 57 mm, dimension b 58 mm, dimension c 589 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Öhlins publishes tube diameters by fork model, and they are not interchangeable across the range. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 04760-33

Category: Outer Tubes

Dimension A: 57 mm

Dimension B: 58 mm

Dimension C: 589 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/04760-33_bebac457-a950-4494-9b7d-f587c9ffc238.png?v=1788873165
