Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly.

Key Features

Dimension A 50 mm

Dimension B 54 mm

Öhlins part number 04760-45

Dimension C 526 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Where It Sits

Öhlins gives it as 50 mm, 54 mm, 526 mm; nothing about that is approximate. Outer tubes are specific to the fork model and its travel. Axle clamps are machined so the axle clamps without pinching the fork out of alignment. Öhlins anodises the bore where the bushings run.

Original Öhlins Part

The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 04760-45. Check dimension a 50 mm, dimension b 54 mm, dimension c 526 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Outer tubes are specific to the fork model and its travel. The outer tube holds the bushings and the seal head, so its bore finish matters as much as the inner tube's outside.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 04760-45

Category: Outer Tubes

Dimension A: 50 mm

Dimension B: 54 mm

Dimension C: 526 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/04760-45_ea89d1e5-c985-47a9-ac27-9c85358ccbce.png?v=1788873178
