Thread pitch on end caps is specific to the tube they close. End caps carry adjusters, seals and often the gas valve. Eye width and bore diameter both have to match the chassis mount.

Why the Original

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 21120-09. dimension a 14 mm, dimension b 103 mm, dimension c 24 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. The end eye carries the whole load of the damper into the chassis. End caps seal the unit and carry the adjusters; they are matched to the tube they close.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21120-09

Category: End Eyes

Dimension A: 14 mm

Dimension B: 103 mm

Dimension C: 24 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21120-09_923f5650-4bd1-4149-a207-f71bcb0cc068.png?v=1788879501
