03300-16 is the 36 mm, 200 mm version — Öhlins lists each size separately. The tube is what the whole damper is built around: everything else references its bore. The cylinder is one of the few damper parts that is genuinely wear-limited. Reservoir tubes carry the gas charge and are built to the same standard as the working cylinder.
