Function
At 30 mm, 105 mm it fits one position only; the next size up carries a different number. Length here is the working length, not the overall dimension, which is why two similar tubes are not interchangeable. Twin-tube dampers carry two concentric tubes and list them separately. Tubes are replaced when the bore is marked; polishing them out changes the clearance and makes it worse.
