Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them. Circlips hold axial position under load; a sprung one lets the assembly walk. Öhlins specifies thread-locking compound by position; not every fastener wants it.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order.

Identifying the Right Part

00575-04 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Öhlins specifies thread-locking compound by position; not every fastener wants it. Stainless where corrosion matters, hardened where load matters — the choice is made per position.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00575-04

Category: Circlips

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00575-04_a5fc0cec-f000-4659-9376-4536c2e35184.png?v=1788872388
