A wrong washer under an adjuster changes the click range without anyone noticing why.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 00575-12

Original Öhlins service part

What It Is

This position is identified by its number rather than by a dimension. Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position. Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job. A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size.

Original Öhlins Part

Rebuilding to specification only works if the parts are to specification — that starts here. The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

How to Be Sure It Fits

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 00575-12 in this case. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly and do not seal twice. The correct pliers matter: a scored clip is a failed clip.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00575-12

Category: Circlips

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00575-12_637b4441-ee8f-40f1-8ed3-32fcf6d43e1c.png?v=1788872391
