Clamps have a specified torque; over-tightening distorts the bore they hold. Öhlins anodises housings for corrosion resistance rather than for looks. Mounting hardware is model-specific — the damper body may be common, the brackets never are.

Why the Original

Suspension is one of the few areas where the original part is genuinely the cheaper decision. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Part number 03102-21 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Öhlins machines brackets from billet so the bores stay true under clamping. Housing threads carry the adjusters and are the part that suffers if the adjuster is forced.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 03102-21

Category: Brackets

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/03102-21_0250e723-51e0-492b-9155-ae19a2f29ad9.png?v=1788872013
