Öhlins anodises housings for corrosion resistance rather than for looks.

Key Features

Original Öhlins service part

Öhlins part number 25616-11

What It Is

There is no measurement to check here — the number and the exploded view identify it. Brackets locate the damper or reservoir against the chassis and take the load in one direction only. Öhlins machines brackets from billet so the bores stay true under clamping. A cracked bracket is a safety matter, not a cosmetic one.

Why the Original

Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 25616-11. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Housings carry bores for adjusters and seals; their concentricity decides whether the unit seals. Brackets locate the unit against the chassis and take load in one direction only.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 25616-11

Category: Brackets

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/25616-11_c5837fcd-f588-49f5-9fe7-f42d9ca122d6.png?v=1788880934
