All three properties transfer directly to a driver resolving you at a junction, which is the situation that actually matters on a road. On a compact six-shell helmet the value argument counts double, since there is physically less helmet to see than on a bulkier rival. 🔵 Two practical points. The white base means this is one of the two or three most visible finishes here and also one that shows fly strike and motorway film clearly — expect to wash it more often than the carbon finishes. And red is the most UV-sensitive pigment on any helmet, so store it out of prolonged direct sun. Between the two white Savage finishes the practical difference is nil and the visual difference is considerable: this is the classic racing livery, the white, red and grey version is the contemporary one.
