The OBT008 is the front bracket: 60.6 mm by 90.3 mm, black anodised, 10 g. Black anodised, and black is the whole range for the OBT008. Fitting it to a 125 DUKE is a job of minutes, not hours.

Key Features

Fitting the OBT008 to the 125 DUKE needs hand tools only

LighTech part number OBT008, listed for the KTM 125 DUKE

It is the smallest line on the order

It is the cheapest visible change on a 125 DUKE

Fits the LighTech reservoirs the three OBT reservoirs

Decides where the reservoir ends up on the 125 DUKE

Installation

The OBT008 replaces an existing part on the 125 DUKE rather than adding one. Mount it so the reservoir sits above the master cylinder on the 125 DUKE, never below. Nothing on the 125 DUKE is drilled or cut.

Fitment and Compatibility

LighTech catalogues the OBT008 for the 125 DUKE (2017 to 2026). LighTech lists it as adaptable rather than model-specific, so check the position on the 125 DUKE first.

Where the Reservoir Ends Up

LighTech splits reservoir and bracket because the bracket is what varies by machine. The OBT008 is the front of the two brackets, measuring 60.6 mm and 90.3 mm. One bracket per reservoir — the 125 DUKE needs the tank ordered alongside.

What Is in the Box

One bracket per package for the 125 DUKE. The part number is all you need to quote for a repeat order on the 125 DUKE.

What You Also Need

LighTech sells this mount on its own. It carries the OBT reservoir family (001, 006 and 007), which are ordered separately. A complete installation on the 125 DUKE is one tank plus one bracket.

Looking After It

Check the bracket fasteners on the 125 DUKE at the same interval as the bar clamps. Otherwise it is a fit-and-forget item on the 125 DUKE.

Approval and Safety

Replacing a reservoir touches the brake system of the 125 DUKE, not just its appearance. LighTech does not certify the OBT008 for road use, and neither do we. Road use on the 125 DUKE means two steps: clarify it beforehand, test it afterwards.

Specifications

Brand: LighTech

Part number: OBT008

Type: Reservoir bracket, front

Height: 60.6 mm

Projection: 90.3 mm

Material: Anodised aluminium

Finish: Black only

Fits reservoirs: OBT001, OBT006, OBT007

Weight: 10 g

Fitment: KTM 125 DUKE (2017 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_OBT008NER_145dbad6-7ff1-4548-96d8-273a2e16dd19.png?v=1791205029
