The OBT008 goes on with the NINJA 650 on its stand. Check steering lock on the NINJA 650 once the tank is in place. Instructions are in the box; the NINJA 650 needs no modification.

Anodised aluminium takes brake cleaner badly; keep it off the OBT008. Nothing else about the OBT008 wears in normal use.
Before You Order
No reservoir is included with the OBT008. It carries the OBT reservoir family (001, 006 and 007), which are ordered separately. If you are starting from nothing on the NINJA 650, you need both lines on the order.
