DescriptionThe whole story▼
Shift precision starts at the lever, not at the gearbox. That is the RFTR176: the complete gear lever, not just the blade. LighTech lists it as a universal item.
Key Features
- the listed weight
- A stock LighTech item
- 100 % Made in Italy, tricolour logo on the blade
- Not tied to one model
- Supplied individually
- Universal item
Shift Feel
Shift feel is decided by the lever as much as by the shift drum. LighTech machines the RFTR176 instead of stamping it, the listed weight. A stock item.
Before You Order
A detail on the RFTR176. The description above is the full scope. Ask us if anything is unclear before ordering.
Fitment and Compatibility
The RFTR176 is not built for one model. A rearset changes the geometry — check before ordering if one is fitted. Have RFTR176 and the model year to hand and the question is settled in one message.
Scope of Delivery
LighTech ships the RFTR176 as a single item. Nothing else is in the box.
Fitting
Work with the motorcycle on its stand. Work the levers through their full travel before you trust them on the motorcycle. Nothing on the motorcycle is altered permanently.
What the Manufacturer Declares
LighTech states that its brake and clutch levers are produced in compliance with the highway code and the applicable laws. That is the manufacturer's statement, not a German type approval — no ABE or parts certificate comes with the RFTR176. On a registered motorcycle the inspector decides, not the manufacturer's leaflet.
