DescriptionThe whole story▼

Year-round commuters often choose the Honda NC 750 X for its practicality, and many of them never park it for winter. For the rear caliper of the NC 750 XAE built from 2014 to 2019, Accossato offers the AGPP185 in the Sintered (ST) compound. It suits riders who travel long motorway commutes in the rain, carry panniers on weekends and want the rear brake to respond reliably, whether the road is dry, wet or freezing cold.

Key Features

  • Rear pads for the Honda NC 750, 2014 to 2019
  • Article AGPP185ST: AGPP185 shape in ST
  • Accossato claims steady, high grip across temperature ranges
  • Good bite when the rear disc is wet
  • Suits winter commuting and riding with luggage
  • One box fits the rear caliper
  • OR is also made in this shape
  • No ABE; offered for competition use

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato's claim for ST is a high, constant grip level at both low and high temperatures, plus good grip in the wet. For the rear brake of the NC 750, constantly soaked in spray on rainy days, that is precisely the requirement. Accossato also cites a long service life, low wear, strong stopping force and limited heat build-up to keep fade away.

Winter Commuting with Luggage

A motorway commute in January brings spray from trucks, salt, cold and darkness. When the NC 750 carries panniers with laptop and work clothes, the rear brake shares more of the work at each slowdown. ST keeps the rear pedal predictable throughout, so the rider can concentrate on the traffic. It also suits weekend riders who load the NC 750 for trips into the hills. Because the pedal response does not drift as the pads warm up on a long descent, the rider can hold a constant speed with small, precise movements of the right foot instead of repeated stabs.

Rinse the rear caliper after salty rides, check pad lining and disc condition, and change the brake fluid at the recommended interval. After fitting fresh pads, pump the pedal until pressure returns before setting off.

Fitment and Compatibility

The AGPP185 is Accossato's listed rear pad for the Honda NC 750 XAE from 2014 to 2019. For the front of this NC 750, choose the AGPA81. Compare your old pads with this set.

Road Approval

This set has no ABE or German test mark in our documents. We therefore offer it for racing and sport.
