DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Streetfighter 848 keeps the same clutch master cylinder mount on the left side that Accossato also fits to several related Ducati models. Accossato's PS013 bolts to that mount directly, adding two monostable buttons without a clamp or any change to the stock bar.
Key Features
- Plug & Play Accossato switch panel for the Ducati Streetfighter 848 (2013–2019)
- 2 buttons, left-hand side
- Top button monostable, blue
- Bottom button monostable, white
- CNC-machined aluminium, black anodised finish
- No clamp included: mounts directly onto the clutch master cylinder, replacing the original bracket
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato's fitment list ties this PS013 to the Streetfighter 848 from 2013 to 2019. The same panel is shared with five more models that use the same clutch master cylinder: the standard 1199 Panigale, the 1199 Panigale R, the 1199 Panigale S, the 848 Evo and the Streetfighter 1098. The fitment tab on this listing confirms which version of the Streetfighter 848 each entry in Accossato's catalogue refers to.
Mounting Without a Handlebar Clamp
Accossato designed this panel to skip the handlebar altogether and bolt to the clutch master cylinder instead. The stock bracket comes off first, after which the panel's two mounting points line up with the holes already machined into the cylinder body, so fitting does not depend on the bar's diameter or sweep. Both buttons are monostable, one blue and one white, each giving a plain press-and-release action; neither colour is tied to a specific function, since that is set by the bike's wiring or whatever aftermarket control unit is connected.
Road Approval
Accossato has not published an ABE or Teilegutachten for the PS013, and Inter-Pace keeps none on file. Street use of a Streetfighter 848 fitted with this panel is worth checking against local requirements for road use, with a testing authority or qualified workshop, before riding on public roads with the original clutch-side switchgear replaced like this.
Scope of Delivery
The PS013 is delivered with its two buttons and cable fitted, ready to be wired into the Streetfighter's switchgear or an aftermarket control unit. No clamp or jumper ships with the panel, since none is required for this mounting method.
