DescriptionThe whole story▼
As the largest-displacement model in GasGas's long-running two-stroke enduro range, the EC 300, built between 2012 and 2020, shares its chassis and brake layout with the smaller EC 125 and EC 250, so this two-hose Accossato kit fits all three. The hoses cover the complete front and rear circuit, following the Standard pattern the factory used across the whole EC range, with no change to routing between this and the two smaller-engined versions.
Key Features
- Two-hose set covering front and rear on the EC 300
- Same part also covers the EC 125 and EC 250
- Standard (S) layout, matching the original hose routing
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings as standard, or painted stainless in red, green, blue, black or gold
- Finished ready to fit in place of the original rubber hoses
Construction and Material Quality
Each hose uses a woven stainless outer layer over the pressure line, and the fittings here are available bare or painted in red, green, blue, black or gold stainless. The full twenty-shade sheath range applies, so the largest EC can be finished to match the smaller-displacement models in the same range if an owner happens to run more than one at once.
The Largest Engine, the Same Chassis
More torque from the 300's larger engine does not change how hard the brakes need to work compared with the smaller EC models, since all three share identical wheel, caliper and master cylinder hardware on this common chassis. That is why Accossato needed only one brake-hose kit to cover the entire capacity range rather than a heavier-duty version for the 300 specifically, and why the hose lengths never need adjusting between engine sizes.
Fitment and Compatibility
Order this part for the GasGas EC 300 sold between 2012 and 2020, or for either the smaller EC 125 (2012–2017) or EC 250 (2012–2020) that share the identical kit. The Fitment tab lists the exact years for all three engine sizes, so double-check against it before placing an order for whichever displacement is actually in your frame.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Check hollow bolts and sealing washers against the motorcycle before fitting, since these connecting parts are not necessarily included.
