DescriptionThe whole story▼
When every fraction of a second counts on track, the Spark Force Evo Titanium full exhaust system with integrated pre-silencer gives the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SC82 (2024–2026) the race-bred edge it deserves — liberated power delivery, measurable weight reduction, and the sound control demanded by European circuit noise regulations, all wrapped in hand-built Italian titanium craftsmanship.
Key Features
- Full titanium construction throughout — headers, pre-silencer and Force Evo slip-on silencer — for the maximum possible weight saving over the stock system
- Integrated titanium pre-silencer reduces decibel output without compromising performance, making this system the smart choice for EU circuits with strict noise limits
- 450 mm Force Evo end silencer with carbon end cap delivers a purposeful race note and a clean, competition-focused aesthetic
- Hand-fabricated headers with visible TIG welds and CNC-machined bungs ensure precise fitment and consistent gas flow on the SC82 platform
- Carbon heat shield included as standard — no additional purchase required
- Optionally compatible with a dB killer for venues with the tightest sound restrictions
- 100% Made in Italy — the same exacting Spark Exhaust standards trusted by professional race teams
Performance & Build Quality
The Force Evo system is engineered around the SC82 engine's high-revving character. The full-titanium header set is hand-formed and TIG-welded by Spark's Italian craftsmen, eliminating the restrictive joints and heavier steel of the OEM system. Gas flow is optimised from the collector through the titanium pre-silencer and into the Force Evo canister, producing a more linear throttle response and stronger mid-to-top-end pull — exactly what a CBR 1000 RR-R demands when exiting a fast chicane.
The pre-silencer is the defining feature of this particular configuration. Where a straight-through race system can exceed the noise thresholds of many European circuits, the GHO8849T's titanium pre-silencer brings measured sound levels into compliance without choking flow. The result is a system you can run at Mugello, the Nürburgring GP or any FIM-regulated venue without swapping canisters between sessions.
Race-Track Use & Compliance
This is a racing exhaust system and is not approved for road use. It is designed exclusively for closed-circuit competition and track days. Because noise regulations vary between venues, Spark recommends verifying the current dB limits at your circuit before fitting. The optional dB killer provides an additional margin of compliance for the most demanding venues.
Fitment & Compatibility
Designed and manufactured specifically for the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R SC82, model years 2024, 2025 and 2026. The system utilises the SC82's OEM mounting points and requires no modification to the airbox, subframe or electronics. As with any full system swap, an ECU remap is strongly recommended to realise the full performance benefit.
