Choosing 80 N/mm

Rear spring rate sets ride height and static sag, and those two decide the chassis attitude before any damping click matters.

Fitting
Öhlins states the oil and the air-gap for this application — both are part of the setting, not a detail. Fitting is a fork-oil job: the legs come apart, the springs go in, the oil level is set to specification. The job needs no special tools beyond a fork spring compressor and a measuring rod for the oil level.
