Worn bushings show up as a knock over sharp edges before they show up as a leak. Öhlins uses low-friction coated bushings so the unit breaks away smoothly rather than sticking. A bushing is a consumable and is replaced at rebuild rather than reused.

Original Öhlins Part

The part is identical to what Öhlins fits in production — same supplier, same specification. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise.

How to Be Sure It Fits

00124-27 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal. A worn bushing lets the shaft move off centre, and the seal is the next thing to fail.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00124-27

Category: Bushings

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00124-27_dec4e886-389b-42a3-83e0-374f163e72f9.png?v=1788868663
