Safety Architecture

The ECE 22.06 standard demands stricter oblique-impact testing than its predecessor, and the N60-6 Sport is built to meet it. The Lexan™ shell is a proven material in Nolan's line-up: rigid enough to manage penetration resistance, yet sufficiently compliant to absorb and redirect energy away from the rider's head during an impact. The Microlock® closure uses a double-lever mechanism that locks definitively and opens cleanly — there is no ambiguity about whether the retention system is engaged.

Vision and Visibility

Nolan's ultra-wide visor geometry expands the horizontal field of view compared with a conventional aperture, reducing the need to turn the head as far during shoulder checks. The visor is scratch-resistant, UV-stable and multi-position, with a tool-free quick-release mechanism that makes roadside swaps straightforward. The included Pinlock® insert creates a thermal barrier between your breath and the outer lens, keeping the view clear regardless of ambient temperature. When glare is the problem rather than fog, the internal VPS sun visor — rated to UV 400 — slides down in one smooth action. A dark-tinted visor is also included in the box.

AirBooster Ventilation

The AirBooster ventilation system uses front and top air intakes that channel fresh air through optimised internal ducts running across the full interior volume, exhausting heat and moisture through a rear outlet. The result is consistent airflow at sporting road speeds, keeping the rider's head comfortable on longer rides in warm conditions. Inlet and outlet vents are operated without removing gloves.

Clima Comfort Interior

The interior padding is constructed from the Clima Comfort liner system, made in Italy from soft, breathable, partially recycled materials. Every panel is fully removable and machine washable, maintaining hygiene over the life of the helmet. The system incorporates EA (Eyewear Adaptive) geometry in the cheek pads, allowing spectacle and sunglass temples to pass through without pressure points. Cheek pad thickness is adjustable via interchangeable wadding, and the neck roll is also adjustable for a personalised fit profile.

Verniciatura Speciale 352 — Design Notes

The Verniciatura Speciale finish is a step above Nolan's standard painted liveries. Colourway 352 pairs metallic green-grey panels with gloss black sections and anthracite detailing, producing a palette that reads as purposeful rather than decorative. The aerodynamic rear spoiler is integrated into the shell profile, contributing to stability at motorway speeds rather than sitting on top as an afterthought.

The N60-6 Sport is a full-face helmet suitable for road use across a wide range of motorcycles. Use the table below to match your head circumference, measured horizontally above the eyebrows, to the correct shell size.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, Nolan generally recommends sizing down for a secure initial fit, as the Clima Comfort liner will bed in with use.
