The JP ACC MV002 fits the F4RC LH 1000 in place of the moulded throttle unit and reaches wide open in sixty degrees of rotation rather than the factory's more generous sweep.

The Lewis Hamilton Edition
MV built a limited version with its own livery and specification. Mechanically it is the RC underneath and it takes the same cockpit components.
Plug and Play
The original connector carries over and nothing in the loom is cut. Fitting is mechanical and the electrical side is a plug moved from one body to another.
The Sensor Inside
Ride-by-wire measures grip angle and hands the figure to the engine controller. The assembly is therefore an instrument as much as a mechanism.
Not for Every Bike in the Garage
A commuter gains nothing here. The part earns its place on a machine ridden hard, where the throttle is worked rather than held.
One Colour
Black anodised is what the manufacturer makes. There is no finish to choose and nothing to specify beyond the model.
Two Fingers on the Brake
Riders who cover the front brake lose part of their grip on the throttle. A shorter rotation makes that position workable where a long one does not.
The Reset Is Model Specific
Some manufacturers call it a throttle learn, others an adaptation reset. The tool differs and the effect is identical.
Gloves and the Seasons
Thick winter gloves eat rotation and change where the hand can sit. A shorter sweep means the summer position still works in January. It also means a cold hand has less margin, which is the same fact from the other side.
The Busiest Control
On a fast road or a circuit the right grip is moved more often than any other control on the motorcycle, and usually while the rider is doing something else as well. Reducing the distance it has to travel is a small change made many hundreds of times an hour.
