Supercharged
Kawasaki built the centrifugal supercharger in house, along with the impeller, and made it work on a road motorcycle. Nothing else on sale does this.
Two Hundred Horsepower
From 998 cc, and considerably more on the ram-air-fed later versions. The H2 exists to demonstrate what the company can do rather than to sell in numbers.
KLEEN
Kawasaki calls it the Clean Air System, and it does what every manufacturer's version does: admits filtered air into the exhaust ports on a closed throttle so leftover mixture finishes burning there. The name is the only thing that distinguishes it and the badge appears on nothing a rider ever sees.
Emissions Inspection
Where periodic testing covers this equipment, an absent valve is a straightforward failure. Refitting it beforehand is an evening rather than a workshop visit.
An Honest Description
This is an emissions delete. It changes the legal standing of the motorcycle where the system is mandated and it changes nothing about how the engine makes power.
Emissions Equipment, Plainly
This is a delete. It removes hardware that exists for a legal reason and improves nothing measurable. Buyers deserve that framing rather than a performance claim.
A Straight Swap
Unplug the valve, plug in the eliminator, secure the lead. There is no third step and no configuration of any kind at any point.
The Simplest Electrical Job
No polarity to observe, no configuration, no adaptation and no way to fit it incorrectly. It either restores the expected reading or it does not, and it always does.
A Component With No Service Interval
Kawasaki never specifies replacement for the solenoid, which means the first anybody hears about it is a warning on the display. On older machines the valve failing by itself is at least as common as an owner removing it deliberately.
