The JP KS KA024 is what a ZX-6R loses its ignition lock for: a plug-and-play switch cut from solid Ergal with an IP69K push button.

The 600 cc Version
For series that require the class capacity, Kawasaki has sold a genuine 600. It takes its own ignition parts and confusing the two is an expensive mistake.
The Steering Lock Goes
Removing the barrel removes the lock with it. On a road bike that matters; on a machine in a van between circuits it does not.
Model Specific
The mounting, the connector and the plate shape all follow the motorcycle. There is no universal version and fitting the wrong one is not a shortcut.
The Original Goes in a Bag
Barrel, key, bracket and connector belong together. Refitting is twenty minutes and it needs all four.
What Stays
Switchgear, starter button, lights and every rider aid. This part occupies the space the ignition block did and nothing else.
Aluminium, Cut and Anodised
The body is machined from a 7000 series alloy and the finish converted into it. Nothing is bonded on that can lift at an edge.
Colour
Anodised black as standard, with blue, red and titanium where the number offers them. The finish is in the metal rather than on it.
US Market Bikes
A few models carry a separate number for the American specification, because the ignition circuit there is arranged differently.

The original barrel has seized or the key has worn thin, and replacing it costs more than changing approach entirely.

Barrels seize, keys wear thin and the switch pack behind them eventually reads intermittently. On a motorcycle already heading for a circuit, that failure is the moment to change approach rather than to buy another lock.
