For a Zero SR of 2015 to 2017 that has been prepared for competition, Accossato offers the AGPA92 front pad in EV2 racing compound. EV2 is the mixture Accossato calls a top racing compound. It is designed for hard, repeated braking on a circuit, where the pads are pushed to their limit at the end of every straight and must deliver the same result lap after lap.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato sums up EV2 in four words: a top racing compound. The recipe is aimed at the competition environment, where each braking zone is attacked at full commitment and the pad lives at high temperature. Out on a chilly public road that same character shows up as a less eager first bite, which is the trade-off every serious race compound makes.
Club Racing on an Early SR
Suppose you have built an early SR into a club racer. The weekend has a rhythm: scrutineering on Friday, practice and qualifying on Saturday, races on Sunday. Put a fresh set of EV2 pads in before scrutineering, so the first practice laps can double as the bed-in. By the time qualifying comes round, the pads should be settled and the lever should feel the same at the end of a lap as at the start. Between outings, measure what is left of the friction material, look for cracks at the edge of the disc and top up with fresh fluid if the level has dropped. A short notebook entry after each session, covering lever travel, air temperature and number of laps, makes it far easier to decide when the set has done its job. Clean the calipers on Sunday evening instead of leaving them caked in brake dust until the next event.
Fitment and Compatibility
EV2 AGPA92 fits the front of the SR ZF12.5 of 2015 and the ZF13.0 of 2016 and 2017 in Accossato's catalogue. A later SR, 2019 to 2022 or 2024, calls for AGPA96, and AGPP91 serves the rear of the whole range. Retract the pistons only after wiping them clean, then pump the lever to a firm stop before the bike rolls out of the pit.

No test documents or German ABE have been supplied to us for this pad; it is intended for racing only.
