Palm circumference (A): The palm circumference is the full measurement around the widest part of the palm and across the knuckles. Wrap the tape measure around your palm and make a fist, then note the measurement.

Hand length (B): Measure from the crease of your wrist to the tip of your middle finger.

Measure your hand length and width and choose the size closest to your measurements. It should fit your hand properly. If your hand matches one measurement but not the other, or if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the next size up.
