About this collection

Protectors

Bike protectors are the components you hope never to need — and are glad to have fitted when a lowside sends your machine sliding across asphalt or gravel. This collection covers the essential crash protection for road, trackday and racing use: engine case protectors from GBRacing, crash pads and frame sliders, brake and clutch lever guards, and dashboard protection films that keep modern TFT displays free of scratches and stone chips.

Fitment is the first criterion. Engine covers and crash pads are developed for specific models and engine generations, so always match the part to your exact bike and model year. For circuit riding, check your organiser's regulations: many race series and trackday operators mandate approved secondary engine covers to contain oil in a crash, and GBRacing's long-fibre nylon construction is designed precisely for that sustained abrasion resistance. Lever guards, required in most racing championships, prevent accidental front brake application in close pack riding — a small part with an outsized safety role.

Think of protection as a system rather than a single part. Frame sliders and crash pads absorb the first impact, case covers keep the engine sealed through the slide, and lever guards protect the controls. Fitted together, they turn a crash from a written-off engine into a straightforward repair — often the difference between loading up early and making the next session.
