Fork tubes are the structural part of the front end and carry the braking load into the yokes. Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately.

Why the Original

Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.

How to Be Sure It Fits

21630-08 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Öhlins states dimension a 43 mm, dimension b 51 mm, dimension c 54 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly. Fork tubes are the structural part of the front end and carry the braking load into the yokes.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21630-08

Category: Fork Parts

Dimension A: 43 mm

Dimension B: 51 mm

Dimension C: 54 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21630-08_4c9c762d-7210-4d1c-ae02-fc9bb8a6b1ab.png?v=1788879747
