This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

How to Be Sure It Fits

00564-02 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Öhlins states dimension a 16 mm, dimension b 50 mm, dimension c 23 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number. Service parts are what make an Öhlins unit worth rebuilding rather than replacing.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00564-02

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 16 mm

Dimension B: 50 mm

Dimension C: 23 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00564-02_3567472a-c1c6-4975-aad3-4c40bc36edfe.png?v=1788869695
