DescriptionThe whole story▼
Husqvarna's two-stroke TC 125, built from 2019 to 2025, shares its brake hose kit with the current four-stroke motocross range, taking two braided hoses to the front and rear circuit in the standard S layout. Fittings are stainless steel only, with twenty sheath colours for the braid, and the hoses fit the same way the stock lines do.
Key Features
- Two-hose set for the 2019–2025 TC 125, front and rear
- Standard S-layout routing
- Stainless steel fittings only for this part
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Shared part number with the current four-stroke range
Construction and Material Quality
Each hose carries a stainless aeronautical braid sheath finished with stainless steel fittings; there is no painted-fitting version for this part, so colour choice comes down to the twenty available sheath finishes. The build is identical to the kit fitted across the rest of the current four-stroke range.
A Two-Stroke on a Four-Stroke Hose Kit
Despite the two-stroke engine, this TC 125 uses the same hose pattern and part number as the FC 250, FC 350, FC 450 and the four-stroke TC 250, so Accossato lists them together rather than giving the two-stroke its own code; the brake circuit does not care which fuel the engine burns, only how the hoses are routed. An older TC 125, built before 2019, uses a different kit, AGA0261, which also offers painted fittings not available on this one, so the two-stroke's own fitment history splits into two distinct parts either side of 2019.
Fitment and Compatibility
A TC 125 from the 2019 to 2025 production run takes this kit, the same part Accossato lists for the FC 250, FC 350, FC 450, FX 450 and TC 250 that make up the rest of the current range. Anyone working on a TC 125 built before 2019 needs AGA0261 instead, since the two generations of this two-stroke do not share a single hose fitment at all.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
