DescriptionThe whole story▼
When lap times matter and every gram of rotating mass costs you tenths, the OZ Cattiva forged magnesium front wheel is the purest performance upgrade you can fit to a Kawasaki ZX-10R (2016-2020). The lightest wheel in the entire OZ catalogue, it was conceived exclusively for track and racing use by the OZ SBK Racing division, and every design decision reflects that single-minded purpose.
Key Features
- Forged from premium magnesium alloy — the lightest material in OZ's wheel range — dramatically reducing rotating unsprung mass for faster steering response and improved corner-entry feel
- Six-spoke Cattiva architecture developed directly by OZ SBK Racing, optimising the balance between structural rigidity and minimal weight
- Maximised lateral stiffness translates to precise, confidence-inspiring handling at high lean angles and under hard braking
- Track-optimised geometry engineered for agility, rapid direction changes and consistent performance lap after lap
- Manufactured in Italy to exacting motorsport tolerances, with the build quality expected of a factory racing supplier
- Supplied complete with high-quality bearings, aluminium angled valves and spacers where required — ready to fit
Track Performance by Design
The Cattiva's forged magnesium construction slashes rotating mass compared with a standard cast aluminium wheel. Less rotating inertia means the ZX-10R accelerates harder, brakes shorter and changes direction with noticeably greater urgency. The six-spoke layout, refined in OZ's SBK programme, stiffens the structure exactly where tyre forces demand it, without adding unnecessary material elsewhere. The result is a wheel that feels alive under the rider — communicative, precise and consistent whether you are pushing for a qualifying lap or managing a race distance.
Craftsmanship and Finish
OZ manufactures the Cattiva at its Italian facility using forging processes honed over decades of supplying factory race teams. The wheel is available in gloss black, matte black and gold finishes, each applied to the same uncompromising magnesium substrate. Every unit is produced to motorsport tolerances, so fitment is precise and balance is inherent rather than corrected after the fact.
Fitment and Compatibility
This front wheel is a direct, dedicated fitment for the Kawasaki ZX-10R covering model years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. The package includes all necessary bearings, aluminium angled valves and spacers where applicable, so no additional hardware is required for installation.
Note: the OZ Cattiva magnesium front wheel is developed exclusively for track and racing use. It is not approved or intended for road registration.
