Feel Racing Front Brake Line Kit – Ducati Panigale V2/S 890 (2025-2026) – FR.618.112

The Feel Racing FR.618.112 is the racing front brake line kit for the 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 and V2 S 890. It replaces the standard front brake plumbing with a three-line racing layout: one line runs from the master cylinder down to a central distribution point, from where a separate line feeds each front caliper directly.

Why a split three-line layout matters on track

The standard arrangement routes brake fluid through a longer, shared path before it reaches the calipers. A racing kit with a central split shortens the path to each caliper and feeds both sides symmetrically. On a bike braking from 250 km/h into a first-gear hairpin, that translates into a lever that stays where you put it — the feedback at the fingertips is more consistent lap after lap, especially once the fluid is hot after twenty minutes of qualifying pace.

No ABS — direct racing lines

This is a pure racing kit: the lines run directly from the master cylinder to the calipers, with no ABS modulator anywhere in the circuit. That is deliberate. A race bike does not want an ABS unit between the lever and the pads — it adds volume, it adds a path for the pressure to go, and on a track-prepared machine the modulator, its wiring and its sensors are usually deleted anyway to save weight.

The practical consequence is straightforward: with this kit fitted, the motorcycle has no ABS. That is what a race brake system looks like, and it is the reason the kit belongs on a closed circuit and nowhere else.

Construction

The lines are braided hose with a black protective outer cover, terminated in metal banjo ends. The braided construction is what stops the hose expanding under pressure — the reason a racing line gives a firmer lever than a rubber one that swells slightly with every squeeze. The black cover protects the braid from stone chips and from chafing where the line passes the fork leg.

Track use
