The red painted CY042 brings Accossato's 19x18 radial brake master cylinder into a colour matched to many Italian liveries, without changing the mechanical layout: a 19 mm piston for dual-disc systems, an 18 mm pivot suited to track and road alike, and a black Revolution lever that can be shortened or lengthened by adding or removing inserts. Unlike Accossato's unpainted 19 mm cylinders, this painted line is sold only with the Revolution lever, not as a folding or fixed design.

Construction and Material Quality
Behind the red paint, this body is the same forged, CNC-machined aluminium casting used across the CY042 line, finished with stainless mounting screws, a zinc-plated bleed valve and Formula 1 compound seals. An offset riser reduces body flex when the lever is pulled under load, and the bore geometry cuts the lever's passive travel by more than half compared with an ordinary radial master cylinder.
Stainless and Zinc-Plated Hardware
The fasteners holding this master cylinder together are specified rather than generic: stainless steel for the mounting screws that see repeated tightening and loosening during servicing, and zinc-plated steel for the bleed valve that is opened each time the brake line is bled. Both parts are identical regardless of which painted colour the body comes in, including this red finish. This red CY042 ships as a single SKU, since reach is tuned with inserts rather than by choosing a separate long or short lever.
Fitment and Compatibility
65 motorcycles are confirmed for the red CY042, the same list as the rest of the painted line, including the Aprilia RS 660, BMW K1300R, Ducati Hypermotard 821, Honda RC213V-S and Kawasaki Z1000; the complete list with model years is in the Fitment tab. This 19x18 cylinder with the Revolution lever is also available with black, blue, green, silver and fluorescent yellow painted bodies. Workshops already stocking the black or natural 19x18 Accossato range can fit this painted unit using the same stainless screws and seals as spares.
Road Approval
This master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The package includes the Accossato 19x18 radial brake master cylinder with the black Revolution lever, in the red painted body finish. Stainless steel mounting screws, the zinc-plated bleed valve and the Formula 1 compound seals are assembled on the unit. The brake light switch (ID001 or ID002) and the fluid reservoir are not included.
