Solving a Bar That Has No Room Left
Naked bikes like the Super Duke R tend to run shorter, flatter bars with brake and clutch controls already close together. Moving this switch onto the throttle body rather than the bar frees up the little space that remains. It is a small gain, but one that matters on a bar already this tight.
Bronze Anodised, Built to Last
The finish is anodised into the Ergal 7075 body rather than applied over it, which keeps its tone through the hard use and regular handling a naked bike's exposed cockpit tends to receive over several seasons. A painted surface would show that wear far sooner under the same conditions.
An Accessory, Not an Independent Part
This switch has no bar-clamp of its own; it bolts exclusively to JetPrime's quick throttle. A Super Duke R without that throttle fitted first leaves the switch with nothing to attach to. Ordering it without that throttle already fitted simply buys a part with nowhere to go.
