DescriptionThe whole story▼
Built to the exacting standard that the MV Agusta F3 675 and F3 800 demand, the I2M Chrome Pro 2 is a complete professional racing dashboard engineered from the ground up for data-driven performance. Every component — from the high-resolution colour display to the integrated lambda controller and TPMS receiver — reflects I2M's commitment to motorsport-grade hardware, making this the most capable and comprehensively specified unit in the Chrome series.
Key Features
- 5-inch full-colour graphic display at 800 x 480 resolution for crisp, sun-readable data presentation on track
- 10 Hz GPS module for precise lap timing, trajectory mapping and speed measurement
- 128 additional CAN-Bus acquisition channels at up to 500 Hz per channel — substantially deeper than the Chrome Lite or Plus2
- Integrated TPMS receiver with two TPMS sensors included, monitoring tyre pressure and rim temperature in real time
- Built-in lambda controller with BOSCH LSU 4.9 lambda sensor included for live air-fuel ratio analysis
- 11 freely configurable high-brightness RGB LEDs for shift lights, warnings and custom threshold alerts
- 16 GB internal storage, 20 pre-loaded race circuits, and up to 500 laps stored per circuit
A Dashboard Built to Match the F3's Character
The MV Agusta F3 675 and F3 800 are machines defined by precision engineering, high-revving character and uncompromising track ability. The I2M Chrome Pro 2 is built to the same philosophy. Where the standard instrument cluster gives you basic readouts, the Chrome Pro 2 gives you a fully integrated motorsport telemetry platform — GPS lap timing, sector splits across four configurable split points, data logging, tyre monitoring and lambda analysis, all presented on a single, race-quality display.
The unit connects directly to the F3's CAN-Bus via the dedicated MV F3 adapter included in the package, accessing up to 128 additional channels sampled at rates of up to 500 Hz. This level of acquisition fidelity means your session data reflects what the motorcycle is actually doing — not an approximation of it.
Chrome Pro 2 versus Chrome Lite and Chrome Plus2
The Chrome series covers a range of rider requirements. The Chrome Lite provides an excellent entry point into GPS and data analysis. The Chrome Plus2 steps further into professional telemetry territory. The Chrome Pro 2 is the range flagship, and the differences are material rather than marginal.
Advantages over the Chrome Lite
- Substantially more CAN-Bus acquisition channels with higher sampling rates
- WiFi connectivity for wireless data transfer to PC or mobile
- Bluetooth BLE for additional device connectivity
- Integrated TPMS function for tyre pressure and temperature monitoring
- Built-in lambda controller for air-fuel ratio analysis
- Greater storage capacity for extended multi-session logging
- RGB alarm LEDs with fully flexible configuration
- Expanded rider and mechanic display page options
Advantages over the Chrome Plus2
- Integrated TPMS receiver — no additional hardware required
- Tyre pressure and rim temperature monitoring included as standard
- Two TPMS sensors supplied in the box
- BOSCH LSU 4.9 lambda sensor included in the package
- The most complete professional telemetry and track analysis capability in the I2M range
Display Quality and Configurable Alerts
The 5-inch colour display running at 800 x 480 pixels delivers a level of clarity that remains usable under direct sunlight — a practical requirement when lap times matter. Data is arranged across fully customisable rider and mechanic pages, so the information most relevant to your session is always front and centre.
The 11 high-brightness RGB LEDs are independently configurable, allowing you to assign shift points, tyre pressure warnings, temperature thresholds or any other logged parameter to a specific colour and brightness level. This turns the dashboard from a passive instrument into an active part of your riding feedback loop.
Fitment and Compatibility
The I2M Chrome Pro 2 is a direct-fit racing dashboard for the following MV Agusta models:
- MV Agusta F3 675 (2012-2021)
- MV Agusta F3 800 (2012-2021)
The dedicated MV F3 adapter is included in the package, ensuring clean CAN-Bus integration without modification to the motorcycle's wiring.
