DescriptionThe whole story▼
The JP ES 010 removes the Super Duke RR's air injection solenoid from the circuit with nothing left on the display.
Key Features
- KTM 1290 Superduke RR (2020–2023)
- Deletes the secondary air solenoid
- Keeps the warning off the display
- Fits the original plug
- Nothing cut, nothing spliced
- Standard parts refit at any time
What It Deletes
The electrically operated valve that admits air to the exhaust ports on a closed throttle, and the fault that appears the moment it is unplugged.
A Resistance Check
The controller reads the coil at every ignition cycle. It has no way of telling a deliberate deletion from a broken connector.
The Expected Load
This unit presents it. The circuit is satisfied, the display stays clean and nothing waits in memory for a diagnostic session.
Five Hundred Motorcycles
KTM built the RR as a numbered limited run and sold every one in minutes. It is the most focused Super Duke the factory has produced.
Carbon and WP Apex Pro
Carbon bodywork, forged wheels and closed cartridge suspension. The specification reads like a race kit because most of it is one.
A Collector's Bike That Gets Ridden
Enough RRs end up on circuits that preparation parts sell steadily. Owners who bought one to use are not the minority.
The Overrun
Air injected into the header makes leftover fuel burn there, which is where the crackle comes from. A titanium system only makes it louder.
One Connector
KTM's own plug with nothing spliced, soldered or crimped. On a numbered motorcycle an untouched loom is worth real money.
The Mechanical Half
The reed housing remains until the cover is fitted. This part addresses the electrical side only.
Homologation
The system is part of the approval and removing it ends road legality in Europe.
A Hundred and Eighty Kilograms
Dry, with the carbon bodywork and forged wheels. KTM took nine kilograms out of a motorcycle that was already the lightest in its class, and then limited production so that the effort would not have to be repeated at scale.
