DescriptionThe whole story▼
The whole conversion in one order, in the two forms it comes in. Both cover the front and the rear of the motorcycle; the choice is which subframe the bike is going to run afterwards, and that is a decision about what the machine becomes rather than about how much is in the box.
Key Features
- Upper fairing H25210AP, both flanks, both wings and the IN2501H brackets
- Belly pan H25220AP with its IN2502H brackets, plus the IN2503H seat bracket
- OEM subframe version: race seat H25301AP, standard Honda subframe retained
- Carbonin subframe version: race seat H25300AP together with the AL2505H race subframe
- Avio Fibre Prepreg throughout, gloss black and ready for the paint shop
Which Subframe
The OEM version is a conversion you can undo. Everything that comes off — the standard tail, the lighting, the pillion provision — goes back on when the bodywork does, which is the right answer for a bike that does track days in summer and gets sold with its road panels in autumn. The Carbonin version replaces the rear structure of the motorcycle. It saves weight high and far back, where saving it does the most for how quickly the bike changes direction, and it is not something you reverse in an afternoon. Choose it when the machine is not going back on the road.
The Part People Forget
Neither version includes a dashboard holder, and on this bike that is the omission that stops a build. Removing the standard nose takes the structure the instrument was mounted to, and Carbonin make four different holders depending on which dash the bike ends up running — the 2024 OEM unit, the 2013 one, an I2M Chrome Pro or an ECUMASTER ADU5. All four also need the 2024 tube, which is a separate part again. Sort that out at the same time as the bodywork, not after it arrives.
Also Not Included
The seat foam, which is a rider fitting and comes in three levels per subframe. The tank cover H25400AP, which many bikes keep standard. And the mudguards, the frame and swingarm protectors and the air box inlet tube, all chosen bike by bike.
Fitment
For the Honda CBR 600 RR PC69, 2024 to 2026.
Road Approval
None. This is closed-course competition bodywork with no lighting provision at either end.
