Individual parts let a workshop replace only what is worn. Service parts are what make an Öhlins unit worth rebuilding rather than replacing. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 00563-29 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. The published dimensions are dimension a 16 mm, dimension b 57 mm, dimension c 55 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Öhlins supports its units with individual parts rather than only with complete assemblies. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00563-29

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 16 mm

Dimension B: 57 mm

Dimension C: 55 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00563-29_5d5c268f-5182-48da-98f4-f80b05ab18b9.png?v=1788869690
