DescriptionThe whole story▼
Anti roll bar bracket 52.2/69.5/20, Öhlins part number 25616-01. A housing carries adjusters and their seals, so its bores matter as much as its outside.
Key Features
- Dimension C 20 mm
- Öhlins part number 25616-01
- Dimension B 69.5 mm
- Dimension A 52.2 mm
- Original Öhlins service part
Where It Sits
Dimensionally this is 52.2 mm, 69.5 mm, 20 mm, which is how it is told apart from the rest of the range. Öhlins machines housings from solid billet rather than casting them. Mounting hardware is model-specific even where the damper body is common. Reservoir housings hold the gas charge and are pressure-rated accordingly.
Why the Original
Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.
Identifying the Right Part
If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 25616-01. Check dimension a 52.2 mm, dimension b 69.5 mm, dimension c 20 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Öhlins anodises housings for corrosion resistance rather than for looks. Mounting hardware is model-specific even where the damper body is common.
Fitting and Setup Service
If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.
